Wow - 2 days in and I'm exhausted already. Five session down, 2 to go. I promised to post a couple of things here so attendees could find them, so here goes:
RSS Feeds for Lotus sites - including Support sites:

The support sites require scrolling to the bottom. You'll get technotes as they are published. You can get Feeds for the Forums, for the Fixlists and numerous other handy sites - hit this link, set up your feeds and go.
The Support toolbar is an awesome tool that everyone one can use.

Here's an example of what it looks like - it gives you direct access to all of the sites you use the most within IBM - sorted by product line. The toolbar is available for both major web browsers and will be the best toolbar you ever used - plus, we won't try to sell you anything with the toolbar. Go. Get it. Now. I use it all the time.
